Rates and timing

US/Canada shipping is $19.99; International shipping is $49.99. The selected rate is shown in the hosted checkout total before payment.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 21–28 days after purchase; carrier or customs delays can extend that window, and tracking becomes the best estimate once the order ships.

Contact support before checkout if a delivery deadline or access requirement affects your order. After dispatch, the carrier tracking link provides the latest delivery estimate.

After you order

Review the product selection and delivery address in your receipt. A paid order’s delivery address can be corrected from its private order link until the order is marked shipped; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

When tracking is added, the private order-status page shows the carrier and tracking number. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address.

Loss, damage, and Shipping Protection

Optional DIORAMA TABLE Shipping Protection is a store-backed service, not third-party insurance. When purchased, it provides priority review for documented package loss or transit damage. An approved claim may be resolved with a replacement of the affected table or a refund of that table’s purchase price, subject to inventory.

Submit a protection claim within seven calendar days of the carrier’s delivery scan—or, for a missing shipment, within seven calendar days of the carrier’s stated expected-delivery date. Keep all packaging and send the order number, photos, and carrier information to support. The protection fee is refundable only when the service is cancelled before shipment.

Shipping Protection is optional and does not reduce any remedy required by applicable law for an incorrect, damaged, or undelivered order.

Mystery Gift

The Mystery Gift is a surprise DIORAMA TABLE extra. Its exact item may vary, has no cash-redemption value, and is not separately returnable. One gift is included with each three-table set or may be purchased with a smaller order.
